During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing.

Check in
For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm.

There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. There is 24 hour security in the lobby, and they will ask you to vacate the property. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated.

We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking.
*If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking.

We provide one time essentials for your stay to get you started, this includes:
-One towel per person
-Hand towel
-Bathroom mat
-Bathroom essentials set. (shampoo, soap, body wash) Single use 15ml bottles, Toilet paper.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-Being a city fringe suburb, there is construction underway of new buildings, and there is construction noise.
-Being a city fringe suburb, there is traffic noise when windows and balcony door open. When closed its quiet.
-Sofa bed is only made up for bookings of 3 people. It is a double sofa bed, and comfortable for one adult, and possibly two younger children. If booking for two, and require the sofa bed please ensure to let us know on the day you book.

Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is NOT available as its a residential apartment. The building management are not able to assist you with any queries.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc.

The apartment can have no more than 3 people staying. If you are a family of 3 and have a baby, please contact us prior as being a family ourselves, we can be flexible with children and can also prepare a porta-cot for your stay.
*For all family stays please ensure you request the portacot or any special requirements in advance so we have enough time to prepare.
