The apartment has a roomonitor device, this measures sound levels to ensure no parties or disruption to neighbours. It does not record sound, just monitors the apartments decibel rating.

- The location is perfect (250m to South King Street), it’s a quiet and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with ensuite bathroom for anyone that needs a great place to stay, walking distance to the excitement of Newtown, easy access by train or bus to the City, and all the amazing restaurants, bars, shops and local attractions.

THINGS TO NOTE...
- Parking is included for your entire stay. 1 car space only.
- The apartment is on the first floor, with stair access only via two flights of stairs (no lift).
- The apartment is in a very quiet and relaxing location, with neighbours who enjoy their peace and privacy. We ask all guests to respect all neighbours and ensure there is no loud music, unruly behaviour or parties/ events. Its a one bedroom apartment suitable for 1 or 2 people. It is not suitable for children or infants.
-Small cabinet in lounge is locked and not useable.
-No Airconditioning

Guest access
- You can use all the apartment privately and not shared with anyone.
- Shared laundry with dryer and washing machine operated by $2 coins.

Other things to note:
During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing.

Check in
For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm. (no luggage storage or early check ins possible)

There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated and you will be asked to vacate.

We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking.
*If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking.

We provide one time essentials for your stay to get you started, this includes:
-One towel per person
-Hand towel
-Bathroom mat
-Bathroom essentials set. (shampoo, soap, body wash) Single use 15ml
bottles, Toilet paper.
-Laundry detergent
-Dishwashing liquid
-Washing machine powder


Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is NOT available as its a residential apartment.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc.

The apartment can have no more than two people staying. Quiet and peaceful building. Not suitable for infants or young children.
