The apartment has a roomonitor device, this measures sound levels to ensure no parties or disruption to neighbours. It does not record sound, just monitors the apartments decibel rating.

- Key collection is 8 min walk from the apartment . Key can not be collected later than midnight on your check in date.

Guest access
- You can use all the apartment entirely and its not shared with anyone.
- We do not provide beach towels so guests have to bring their own.
Other things to note:
During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing.
Check in
For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm. (no luggage storage or early check ins possible)
There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. There is 24 hour security on site, and they will ask you to vacate the property. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated.
We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking.
*If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking.
We provide one time essentials for your stay to get you started, this includes:
-One towel per person
-Hand towel
-Bathroom mat
-Bathroom essentials set. (shampoo, soap, body wash) Single use 15ml
bottles, Toilet paper.
-Laundry detergent
-Dishwashing liquid
-Dishwasher tabs
Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.
Luggage storage is NOT available as its a residential apartment. The building management are are not able to assist you with any queries.
Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc. The TV free to air channels are only accessible by apps.

Lock out fee - $50 9am to 7pm / $90 9pm to 1am
The apartment can have no more than 2 people staying.
