THINGS TO NOTE***
- FREE parking is included for one car. Key collection is around the corner from a shop on Lonsdale St.
- Key collection available around the corner up to 1am. If driving, just have to stop to collect keys and proceed to drive straight over. If catching public transport all instructions will be given.

Guest access...
- You can use all the apartment exclusively, it is not shared with anyone.
Access to Indoor Pool, Gym and rooftop area provided as well.

Other things to note...
During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing.

Check in
For check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm, key collection few minutes walk from the apartment.

There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. There is 24 hour security in the lobby, and they will ask you to vacate the property. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated.

We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking.
*If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking.

We provide one time essentials for your stay to get you started, this includes:
-One towel per person
-Hand towel
-Bathroom mat
-Bathroom essentials set. (shampoo, soap, body wash) pump bottles, Toilet paper.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is NOT available as its a residential apartment. The building management are are not able to assist you with any queries. However, we can recommend luggage storage available at our key collection point, this is an external service and they have a charge. Please enquire on costings and you can book directly with them.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc.
