The townhouse is arranged across two levels, with the living and outdoor areas downstairs and all three bedrooms upstairs.

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming place to relax together. The modern kitchen includes the appliances and everyday essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Large doors connect the living space with the covered outdoor deck, creating an easy flow between the home and the sunny, north-facing backyard.

Ducted air conditioning keeps the townhouse comfortable throughout the year, while fast Wi-Fi and a television make it easy to work, stream or unwind.

Soak up the relaxed Burraneer lifestyle from the expansive covered deck, surrounded by palms and greenery. It is a wonderful setting for morning coffee, an outdoor meal or a quiet evening listening to the local birdlife.

The enclosed backyard includes a trampoline and outdoor play space. Gated side access leads to the outdoor hot shower, which is perfect after a day at the beach.

The firepit may only be used when permitted and must never be used during fire bans, high winds or unsafe weather conditions.

Children must remain actively supervised throughout the outdoor areas and when using the trampoline or play equipment.

🚗 PARKING

A parking space is available at the front of the townhouse.

Please note that the garage is not included and is not available for guest use.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the townhouse, covered deck and enclosed backyard during their stay.

The garage and any clearly marked or locked owner-storage areas are excluded from guest access. Some cupboards may contain owner items, condiments or household supplies.

A blue kayak may be available by prior arrangement for use from the nearby Wren Place water access. Use is subject to weather, water conditions and appropriate safety requirements. Children must never use the kayak without responsible adult supervision.

♡ This property is a townhouse within a quiet residential complex. Our neighbours are fantastic, and guests must treat them and the surrounding community respectfully throughout their stay.

♡ This is not a suitable property for parties, celebrations, events, gatherings or excessive noise.

♡ Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly on the deck and in the backyard. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

♡ This is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the townhouse and throughout every part of the property grounds, including the deck, backyard, outdoor areas, entrance and parking area.

♡ Pets and animals are not permitted anywhere inside the townhouse or on the property grounds.

♡ The townhouse is arranged across two levels, and stairs are required to access every bedroom and the main bathrooms.

♡ The property accommodates a maximum of five registered guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

♡ The garage is not included. Parking is located at the front of the property.

♡ Check-in is generally from 3:00 pm and checkout is by 10:00 am. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

♡ One bath towel is supplied per registered guest per stay.

♡ Routine housekeeping and linen changes are not included during the stay unless arranged separately at extra cost.

♡ Children must be actively supervised around the stairs, bathtub, outdoor shower, trampoline, firepit, kayak and all outdoor areas.

♡ Outdoor amenities may be affected by weather, maintenance requirements, fire restrictions or safety conditions.
