***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- Studio apartment with open plan layout
- No laundry in the apartment. Building has a shared common laundry with
coin operated washing machines and dryers.
- Studio is bright and airy, no air-con. You can take advantage of the amazing
breeze.
- Check-in is from 3pm, where we will meet you to hand over the keys.
Strictly only 2 people at the studio at one time, and no third-party bookings
are accepted. The person checking in must be the person who made the
airbnb booking.
- No parking is available. Street parking is timed and not recommended.
- The Home has a decibel reader, which measures the sound levels, we ask
you to ensure no loud music, parties or gatherings. (it does not record
sound)
