***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- The terrace is two storeys, with a compact and practical design with a narrow staircase. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the staircase before booking, especially if you have heavy and hard to handle suitcases which may not be ideal at this property if you are unable to lift them up.
- Check-in is from 3pm, where we will meet you to hand over the keys.
Strictly only 4 people at the home at one time, and no third-party bookings are accepted. The person checking in must be the person who made the airbnb booking.
- No parking is available. Street parking is metered and timed.
- The entry is on the street level (elevated) with steps as with most city terrace homes, having a great location will mean City noise from passing pedestrians and traffic but generally its a quiet street.
- The Home has a decibel reader, which measures the sound levels, we ask you to ensure no loud music, parties or gatherings. (it does not record
sound)
- We ask you do not smoke in any part of the home
- No pets or gatherings
- The terrace is not suitable for young children or infants
- Air-conditioning is only downstairs, split system in between the kitchen and living area and also upstairs in the main bedroom.
- Amenities provided to get started during your stay (not replenished)
- One towel per person per stay, we dont change towels during your stay.
