***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- The studio is 17m2 in size. Compact and suitable for 1-2 people. Lift access and on level 3. Upgraded flooring and new aircon and furniture, but the apartment has original blinds, bathroom and kitchenette. A great budget friendly option when in one of the best locations in Sydney city.
- Check-in is from 3pm, where we will meet you to hand over the keys.
Strictly only 2 people at the home at one time, and no third-party bookings are accepted. The person checking in must be the person who made the airbnb booking.
- No parking is available. Street parking is metered and timed. NOT suitable if your driving.
- The Home has a decibel reader, which measures the sound levels, we ask you to ensure no loud music, parties or gatherings. (It does not record sound)
- We ask you do not smoke in any part of the apartment or building common areas.
- No pets or gatherings
- Families welcome
- Sydney's climate may attract insects during
certain seasons and especially if opening the
window.
- Smart TV with free to air channels through apps on tv.
- There is a shared laundry space on lower ground floor (coin operated)
- Access to rooftop pool


Early Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is NOT available as it's a residential apartment. The building management are not able to assist you with any queries.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc.
