THINGS TO NOTE:
- It has an older style building, that has a lot of character. Was the original wool store building that has been converted to a hotel, its truly unique and full of history.
-The bedroom window opens to an atrium area, the main window in the lounge opens towards the city with great views, but there may be traffic noise being so close to the city.

Guest access
- You can use all the apartment plus the pool, spa, sauna and gym
- There is a covered walkway access to Darling Harbour for exclusive use of guests. We do not provide pool towels, so guests have to bring their own.

Other things to note:
During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours' notice, please enquire for pricing.

Check in
For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking.

There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. There is 24-hour security in the lobby, and they will ask you to vacate the property. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated.

We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking.
*If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third-party booking.

We provide one-time essentials for your stay to get you started, this includes:
-One towel per person
-Hand towel
-Bathroom mat
-Bathroom essentials set. (shampoo, soap, body wash) Single use 15ml

Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is not available as it's a residential apartment part of the hotel. The front desk and concierge are not able to assist you with any queries as they are part of the hotel only.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc. Apartment has a Amazon Firestick.

The apartment can have no more than 4 people staying. If you are a family of 4 and have a baby, please contact us prior as being a family ourselves, we can be flexible with children and can also prepare a porta-cot for your stay.
