Guest access
- The apartment is yours to enjoy privately and not to share with anyone. The apartment can have no more than 2 people staying at any one time, with no group gatherings permitted. It is a hotel building and we ask you respect other guests at all times. Front desk Hotel staff can not assist you as we manage it privately.


Check in
Check in is usually by lockbox at the property/ or a personal check with our team. For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm. Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests. Luggage storage is NOT available as its privately managed. The building management are not able to assist you with any queries.


Rules and things to note
There are strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated and you will be asked to vacate immediately.

We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking. *If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third-party booking.

We provide linen and some starter essentials
