Check in
For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm.

There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the apartment. There is 24 hour security in the lobby, and they will ask you to vacate the property. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated.

We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking.
*If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking.

We provide one-time essentials for your stay to get you started, this includes:
-One towel per person

Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is NOT available as it's a residential apartment. The building management are not able to assist you with any queries.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc.

The apartment can have no more than 4 people staying. If you are a family of 3 and have a baby, please contact us prior as being a family ourselves, we can be flexible with children and can also prepare a porta-cot for your stay.
*For all family stays please ensure you request the portacot or any special requirements in advance so we have enough time to prepare. Same day requests can not be guaranteed.
