- The location is perfect based in Elizabeth Bay and a very short walk to
Kings Cross, Rushcutters Bay. You will love the relaxed village vibe, while being within short walking distance to the excitement of Kings Cross and the walkways, parks and waterways. Under 20 mins walk to the City and 15mins to Darlinghurst (oxford St)
- Entire house is yours to enjoy and not shared with anyone.

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- Studio apartment with open plan layout
- No laundry in the apartment. Building has a shared common laundry with coin operated washing machines and dryers.
- Check-in is from 3pm, where we will meet you to hand over the keys.
Strictly only 2 people at the studio at one time, and no third-party bookings
are accepted. The person checking in must be the person who made the
airbnb booking.
- Secure basement parking included for one car, height restrictions to standard vehicles only.
- The Home has a decibel reader, which measures the sound levels, we ask
you to ensure no loud music, parties or gatherings. (it does not record
sound)
