- The location is perfect based in Surry Hills and a very short walk to Oxford Street, The CBD and Kings Cross. Easy uber/taxi ride to Beaches (Bondi, Coogee, Clovelly)
- Entire studio is yours to enjoy and not shared with anyone.

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- The studio is 20m2 in size. Compact and suitable for 1-2 people. Lift access and on level 2.
- Bathroom is hidden inside the sliding mirror wardrobe. Door is the wardrobe door.
- Basement parking for 1 car. As is most buildings in the city, it is a compact and tight basement. Most cars will fit but will need to drive with care.
- Check-in is from 3pm, where we will meet you to hand over the keys.
Strictly only 2 people at the home at one time, and no third-party bookings are accepted. The person checking in must be the person who made the airbnb booking.
- The Home has a decibel reader, which measures the sound levels, we ask you to ensure no loud music, parties or gatherings. (It does not record sound)
- We ask you do not smoke in any part of the apartment or building common areas.
- No pets or gatherings
- Sydney's climate may attract insects during
certain seasons and especially if opening the
window.
- TV is smart tv. Will need your own netflix account.
- There is a shared laundry space that is coin operated.


Early Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is NOT available as it's a residential apartment. The building management are not able to assist you with any queries.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc.
