Guest access
- You can use all the apartment, pools, gym etc.
- We do not provide beach towels so guests have to bring their own.
- One towel is provided per person per stay. We also include single use shampoo, soaps, body wash, toilet, coffee/ tea/ sugar and some provisions to get you started. They are not replenished during your stay.

Other things to note:
During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing.

Check in
For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm.

There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the house . No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated. On site building security will evict you immediately with NO refund and a $500 penalty will be charged to you.

We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking.
*If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking.


Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests.

Luggage storage is NOT available as its a residential home.

Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc.
